The social media legend Nasir Khan Jan just left his Twitter family of more than 18 million followers hot and bothered as he accepted dowry from in-laws.
Nasir Khan Jan hails from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) and gained popularity by making funny videos on Facebook and YouTube.
The social media sensation had been hinting to start a new chapter of his life previously on different occasions but now that he has finally revealed it, internet users seem to be a little disappointed with his act.

Taking to his Twitter handle, Nasir posted a photo of his fully furnished room.
“Finally furniture arrived from in-laws. And I’m ready guys”, he wrote.

However, instead of getting felicitated, the acceptance of dowry was tarred and feathered by his followers.

Nasir Jan Khan, who himself voiced against dowry, clarified that his in-laws had sent the bedroom setup on their will and his family didn’t insist it.
