Noor Bukhari Remorseful For Shaming Bridal Attire

Once again, veteran actress Noor Bukhari is trending on social media for her controversial remarks and shaming a random Pakistani bride for wearing a revealing attire that she thought was against indigenous values but model Zoya Nasir jumped in to counter Noor’s views.

Noor, who had recently turned religious after quitting showbiz industry, found fault with a bride’s wedding attire and maintained that it was against indigenous traditions and culture.

However, Zoya posted a story on her Instagram to reprehend the opinion of Noor for shaming the bride on her attire. She said that nobody had the right to pass judgmental remarks on other’s beliefs and choices.

In response to Noor’s comment, Zoya stressed that every girl has the right to choose and wear the dream-dress on her big day.

She further added that people knew where Noor had come from and how bold she had been in her personal and professional lives.

Soon after Tashi of Zebaish reacted to Noor’s comment, social media took notice and several pages and bloggers started talking about it.

In no time, the 38-year-old former actress wrote an apologetic reply in which she admitted her mistake for criticizing the dress.

She recalled that gone are the days when the bride (Dulhan) used to be the center of attraction for her graceful look and elegant attire, which Noor misses nowadays.

Bhukari apologized on her opinion regarding the attire worn on a girls’ big day and confirmed that she had taken down the post immediately after realizing her mistake.

Furthermore, Noor also expressed displeasure on digital platforms that tried to make a fuss out of everything she posts on her accounts and infringe her ‘freedom of speech’ right by tweaking each and every detail.
