Salman Khan had promised that the movie ‘Radhe’ was going to win hearts with its distinct story and seemingly, the fans agree with the star.

Radhe was received well by Salman Khan’s fans as social media brimmed with praising posts for the star and his movie.

The Dabangg actor, who last worked in 2019, assured his followers that the movie has something new that is not in accordance with his long-time character in Maine Pyaar Kiya.

On the other hand, Bollywood critics seemed a bit dispirited and criticized the project as chaff.

India’s NDTV published a detailed review on Radhe and mark the movie with only two stars.

“A Salman Khan movie is usually like a running tap that cannot be turned off. It stops only when the water tank has been emptied of its content. Radhe, directed by Prabhudeva, is another unapologetic addition to that tradition. The film dumps a whole lot of dross on us, albeit with a certain degree of surface gloss”, wrote NDTV.

Not only this, a few other critics were of the view that the film wasn’t providing much to hook the viewers.

According to the review on The Hindu, “Radhe is dreary and listless, with no attempt to do anything innovative within the purview of star-led masala entertainers”.

The movie that garnered lauds by viewers from across the world failed to dazzle the critics in the industry.

It certifies Salman Khan is undeniably a star of masses throughout the world and Radhe has proved it.
