Rahim Shah Mourns Father’s Death in Video

The father of leading Pakistani singer  Rahim Shah has passed away on Tuesday.

The singer released a video on his Facebook page in which he was present at his father’s grave. He apologized to the fans for not reporting his father’s death.

“We didn’t want to keep my father’s body for long,” he said, “We decided to bury him as soon as possible because of the prevailing pandemic situation.” He buried his father four to five hours after his death.

On this occasion, Rahim Shah prayed for his father’s forgiveness and also requested his fans to pray for the deceased.

The singer had also tested positive for coronavirus earlier this year in June.

Rahim Shah is a famous Pashtun pop singer and music producer who has written and composed songs in various languages.

He sings primarily in Pashto however he has also composed and sung songs in Urdu & Punjabi.
