Big fat weddings are trending in Pakistan. From celebrity couples to businessmen in the country, brides and grooms are going for expensive wedding festivities. In prevailing trend, Pakistani actress Sajal Aly kept her wedding function exclusive to her family and friends while veiling it from the rest of the world.
Sajal Ali, while talking to Khaleej Times, expressed her views about celebrity wedding functions and the privacy a couple should maintain.
“Ahad and I both feel that our private life is not for public consumption”.
The couple tied the knot on March 14 in Abu Dhabi in an intimate wedding function with only attendees being her friends and family members.
A very few pictures from the pre and post wedding festivities floated over social media.
She maintained that when they tied the knot in March this year, the situation around the world wasn’t too favorable. People were suffering because of the coronavirus pandemic.
“Amidst all this, I don’t think it would be wise to flash all those pictures of excursions and celebrations. My prayers are for all those who are suffering in these times”, the Ye Dil Mera actress added.
Unlike other Pakistani celebrity couples, actress Sajal Aly and her husband Ahad Raza Mir, don’t prefer to share their personal life with their fans.
