Ayesha Sana, a Pakistani renowned host, is making headlines as the Lahore session’s court has announced her a ‘proclaimed offender’, issuing perpetual warrants against her in a cyber crime case.
The written order was released by Additional Sessions, Judge Syed Ali Abbas.
Earlier in September, the Lahore court issued a non-bailable arrest warrant against Ayesha, after a plaintiff named Yousuf Baig accused her of defaming his family online.
As per reports, Yousuf’s complained that Ayesha posted inappropriate photos of his wife and daughter on social media without permission.

According to the court details, the proceedings against Ayesha were made after she failed to appear in court even after 30 days and declared her ‘Proclaimed offender’.
Sources said that Sana deliberately absented herself despite being directed to show up at hearings.
On the other hand, Ayesha was booked for fraud, and raids were conducted in July 2020 in Lahore and Islamabad to arrest her.
The case was filed by Ali Moin, who claimed that Ayesha borrowed Rs 2 million from him but later gave him a cheque that bounced.
In the latest decision, the court issued a permanent arrest warrant for Ayesha Sana which will remain in effect till her arrest.
