The Sindh High Court (SHC) ordered to block defamatory content against all four actresses including Kubra Khan.
Actress Kubra Khan approached the Sindh High Court (SHC) against YouTuber Major (R) Adil Raja. The high court ordered to block the content on social media against the four actresses including Kubra Khan.
The court ordered the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) and the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) to block the content and submit their reply at the next hearing.
In the petition, the actress said that the YouTuber hurt her dignity and other actresses with fabricated allegations. The actress’s lawyer said that FIA and PTA have been contacted to remove the defamatory content.

A smear campaign to malign the character of celebrities was started on social media after Major Retired Adil Raja’s allegations in a vlog.
Raja alleged in a vlog that the top models and actresses stayed in ISI safe houses and messes and had illicit relations with Gen Bajwa and Lt Gen Hameed, whereas, their obscene videos were filmed when other people and politicians were invited there.

Major Retd Raja alleged that some silent warriors took the names of four out of the actresses and top models but he will not disclose their names. He further said that he will only tell the first letters of the said models’ names which include H and M, S and A.
Major (Retd) Adil Raja further alleged it has come to light that General (Retired) Faiz Hameed had the videos of General Bajwa with these actresses in safe houses, whereas, they also have videos of Maryam Nawaz with one of the doctors from Abbottabad.
After the allegations were made by Adil Raja, pictures of actresses Mahira Khan, Mehwish Hayat, Kubra Khan and Sajal Ali started circulating on social media.
Kubra Khan wrote on Instagram, “I stayed quiet initially because obviously a fake video isn’t going to take over my existence But ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.” She said that she has no fear to face anyone if she is with truth.
She said that she will not stay quiet if ‘random people’ pointed fingers at her. “So Mr Adil Raja before you start to heap allegations upon people have some proof first. You have a total of three days to come up with this proof which you claim is haq and sach. If not, either retract your statement and publicly apologise or I will be suing you for defamation. And don’t worry, lucky for you I’m not just from here I am from UK so I’ll come there if I have too!”
