One of the most euphonious voices in Pakistan, the one behind Saali Tu Mani Nahi and the one always vocal for child education, Shehzad Roy, has now crooned for population control in Pakistan.

Shehzad Roy has been working for underprivileged children and their right to education for ages. He is among those artists who empower their talent to work for a heavenly purpose.

The singer once again stepped in for an escalating problem in the country that is a day by day growing population.

With Shehzad Roy being the vocalist, the health ministry, government of Pakistan, and Pathfinder International collaborated to release a population control public service message.

Roy, who introduces himself as a singer and musician for some days but a fighter every day for a better Pakistan, has once again proven his love and dedication for his dear homeland.

In 2003, Roy founded Zindagi Trust for the betterment of the education system in Pakistan and has been very actively working for the purpose since then.

In 2011, the singer, apart from music creation, produced and hosted an eight-episode documentary titled Wasu aur Mein that focused on progress, poverty, and patriotism in Pakistan.

Again in 2013, Roy produced and hosted a 22-episode documentary series Chal Parha, that explored the public education issues across the country.

Shehzad Roy bagged Tamgha-e-Imtiaz, one of the highest Civil Honors awards for excellence in serving humanity, and Sitara-e-Eisaar for his organization’s rehabilitation work in Kashmir during the 2005 earthquake.
