Singer and social activist, Shehzad Roy’s Zindagi Trust, a non-governmental organisation, adopted the Khatoon-e-Pakistan Govt School for Girls.
In a Twitter message, Shehzad Roy said, “I believe in good moves. @zindagitrust adopted government #khatoonEPakistan school ##chess”

Directo Ahsan Rahim was among several others who praised Roy for his education initiative.
He said on Twitter, “Aap nay Behtreen set up banaya hai isko nationwide karain.”
Responding to Ahsan Rahim, Roy said, “We are trying to convince state and parents that chess , art , music and sports are as important as Maths , science and language . Documentry bana dain.”
