Shooting of Pakistani director and filmmaker Abu Aliha’s film Taxali has been completed. Ayesha Umar and Yasir Hussain are playing lead roles in film.
Film Taxali will be released on occasion of Eid-ul-Adha this year. Ayesha Umar shared a glimpse of herself from sets of film.
Cast of film includes actresses Ayesha Umar, Meher Bano, Yasir Hussain, Nair Ejaz, Iffat Umar, Iftikhar Thakur, Babar Ali, Umar Alam and Shehryar Cheema.

Actress Ayesha Umar has shared first glimpse of her role in film on Instagram. Director Abu Aliha said that Ayesha Umar is playing role of Maskan in film.
Director Abu Aliha shared a picture of cast of film and said in his tweet that shooting of the crime thriller film has been completed. Film will be released on Eid-ul-Adha this year. Taxali will also be screened at various film festivals around world. It will be a precursor to international exposure.
Film has been shot in historic walled city of Lahore. Abu Aliha told Dawn Images that it is a suspenseful crime thriller but also depicts the traditions and humor of old Lahore.
He said, “As far as the performance of actors is concerned, I can say with certainty that every actor has given the best performance of their career in this film. Has given the best performance. Abu Aliha said, “Everybody has given the best performance of their career, which makes every character in the film very impressive”.
Actress Mehrabano, who showed the essence of acting in the film, told Dawn Images that she is playing the role of a young girl from Lahore in the film. Director Abu Aliha himself offered me to work on this film. The work experience was wonderful.
