Many showbiz celebrities have once again exhibited their support to the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief Imran Khan. In the latest move, Imran Khan faced a terrorism case and the government’s attempt to arrest him.

Several showbiz stars tweeted in favour of PTI chief Imran Khan. Here are some Twitter messages:

Singer and songwriter Nusrat Hussain wrote, “How can I remain neutral in this critical juncture. Music can wait. I am flying to Islamabad tomorrow and gonna join this battle as a foot soldier. Hell yeah”

Fashion designer Maheen Khan said, “Why are the rest so threatened by one party’s popularity? Instead of threats &arrests why not fight fairly & equally. The playing field is wide open & the people are willing to listen to what there is on offer .instead there is a stone age mentality of might is right.”

Director Frieha Altaf said, “Democracy is a joke in Pakistan! Arrest Imran Khan? The videos of Shabaz Gill are hauntingly disturbing. I’m sick to my stomach. Torture people? What kind of a pathetic place do we live in?”
