In another post on Instagram, The White Tiger actress shared how she felt after meeting the first director in Bollywood soon after becoming Miss World, who suggested her to have plastic surgery.

The director ordered her to stand up and walk around in the meeting.
After which, she was advised by the director to go to America and undergo surgery on various parts of her face and body, if she wanted to become a Bollywood actress.
In her biography, Priyanka also revealed the secret that being an Asian, she had faced racial and sexual discrimination in the United States (US).
