Good news for the followers of the American Sitcom Friends as a special reunion episode will begin filming this week after a year break due to the covid-19 pandemic.
Friends Reunion was supposed to be part of the launch of HBO Max.
For the last 27 years, the sitcom has been popular especially among 90s kids as well as for today’s generation.
The reunion would feature the entire cast of the sitcom including Matthew Perry, Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, David Schwimmer, and Matt LeBlanc.
The cast will assemble on the original soundstage, Stage 24 at the Warner Bros. Studio lot in Burbank, Los Angeles.
Actor-director David Schwimmer revealed in an interview, “We had planned to shoot after the end of the summer last year, but it was going to be delayed again.”
David confirmed that the cast will gather for shooting this week.

Last year, actress Lisa Kudrow shared a photo on Instagram featuring the main characters of the sitcom Friends, which has been scheduled for filming this week.
Moreover, actor Matthew Perry has also confirmed the shooting of Friends Reunion.
