Pakistan’s most popular and biggest film “The Legend of Maula Jatt” is close to crossing the Rs100 crore milestone. Ammara Hekmat and Bilal Lashari’s film became the highest-grossing Pakistani film in its first week of release.

The Legend of Maula Jatt is the first Pakistani film to cross the milestone of over Rs80 crore worldwide in its opening week.

Despite the non-cooperation of 3 major cinema chains in Pakistan, Nueplex, Cineplex and CineStar, the film earned Rs11.3 crore on the first day and a total of Rs20.3 crore in the entire week.

The film was also a success in North America in the first week and made a business of Rs 20.77 crore. Last day, the movie became the first Pakistani film to make a million dollar business in North America.

Considering the popularity of the film and strong demand from the audience, the release of the film has increased by more than 100 screens worldwide in the second week.

Yesterday, Mahira Khan shared the most famous dialogue of the film’s protagonist Maula Jatt with some modifications.
