Jannat Mirza Reveals Reason Behind Power Supply in Faisalabad

"Before it happened, Faisalabad used to get power for only eight hours"

WEB DESK: TikTok Star Jannat Mirza claims that the reason behind round the clock power supply in Faisalabad was his late grandfather. Yes, you read that right.

In an interview, the Tiktok star Jannat Mirza having whopping 11.3 million followers, revealed that Faisalabad used to suffer prolong power outages.

“There were only eight hours supply in Faisalabad”, she said.

However, it all changed in the matter of time.

She recalled that Pakistan’s ex-President Ayub Khan once visited Faisalabad.

Jannat said his late grandfather held ex-president’s hands and refused to let him go until he promised interrupted power supply for formerly known Lyallpur.

Since then, the power supply to the textile hub of Pakistan is uninterrupted.

We are not sure whether the TikToker was said for real or it was just a joke but whatever it was, she forgot the sufferings of the people of Faisalabad who have tolerated prolonged power cuts.
