Toilet Prank by India’s Radio Mirchi Gone Too Far?
Hundreds of users remarked that the joke had surely triggered a spark if performed by males on women
In neighboring India, a Radio Jockey (RJ) pulled a prank in a male public toilet which instantly received backlash from users who considered it went ‘too far’. Radio Mirchi RJ Mahvash pulled another prank and threw a ball in an occupied public toilet stall. She kept insisting the occupant return it and eventually fled when he came out.
The video of Radio Mirchi RJ Mahvash pulling the prank was shared by Indian Youtuber Dipanshu Joshi on Twitter.

However, the prank proved counterproductive as it was cursed not cheered.
As the video started getting shares on different social platforms, the male users began calling for launching #MenToo in contrast to #MeToo movement.

Completely agree! Men should be vocal about limits crossed, harassment & bullying by women. but most of the men will look at this girl in a sexual way coming to their toilet or will take it as a joke! It is the individual who needs to assert & be vocal if he felt violated or not!

They asked if it would be just considered a prank had the roles and places been swapped.
If a men goes into the girls washroom would the same happen , they would start making dharnaas, and quotations like “kill the guy who went in to the washroom”, that’s why men don’t live more than women.

I think both the genders together have to solve this issue because all of us want to feel comfortable and safe. And obviously without any doubt the prank was pathetic.
