Torture evidence: Feroze Khan’s clarification remains intact as celebrities back Aliza Sultan

After the surfacing of torture evidence on social media, the clarification of famous actor Feroze Khan remained intact as celebrities and netizens showed solidarity with his ex-wife Aliza Sultan and called for accountability.

Feroze Khan wrote on Instagram, “I, Feroze Khan vehemently deny any and all baseless, malicious and untruthful allegations which have been levelled against me and are circulating on the social media rumour mill. These allegations have no basis in truth or reality. I fully intend to institute legal proceedings against the perpetrators of these actions and I have instructed my legal team accordingly.”

“I would categorically like to state that I have always followed the law in its true letter and spirit, and have never knowingly hurt another human being. I very strongly believe in all human rights of every human inhabiting planet earth.”

The torture evidence came to light as Aliza Sultan – the ex-wife of famous actor Feroze Khan – submitted the photo evidence of the alleged assault to the family court. Aliza Sultan had earlier submitted the photo evidence, MLO and police report of the alleged domestic violence to the family court East during the last hearing.

Ushna Shah said on Twitter, “I am still processing this and am in a state of shock. Nothing can and will justify violence against a woman. My heart is with Alizah as well as Sultan, and Fatima.”

Merub Ali wrote a detailed message on Twitter and said, “If a person whether it be a guy or a girl ever raises a finger on you, please know that they do not love you, please leave, run as far as you can from a relationship like that.”

Armeena tweeted, “Ladies, for goodness sakes stop putting up with abusive husbands. BACK away the MOMENT they start showing violent tendencies, doesn’t matter if you have kids or not. The Creator will provide for you.”

Naimal Khawar Khan said, “Sickened and disgusted to my core! Men like this should be made an example of. NOTHING warrants physical or mental abuse. Thinking of brave Aliza and her beautiful children!”

Osman Khalid Butt wrote on Twitter, “I hope and pray you get the justice you deserve, Aliza.”
