Venom: Let There Be Carnage Has a Glory After-Credit Scene

Venom: Let There Be Carnage

Venom: Let There Be Carnage (Venom 2) features arguably the biggest end credits scene in recent years, which could ultimately be more fundamental than the movie itself.

But before we get to the actual scene, here’s the part I ask you not to keep reading unless you want to be a spoof. When the first Venom movie came out in 2018, one of its credit scenes featured Carnage (Woody Harrelson), who became the title villain of the 2021 sequel to a movie!

Similarly, 2019’s SpiderMan: Far From Home also featured an insightful credits scene that revealed the identity of Peter Parker. This scene appears to be the setup for the upcoming Spider-Man: No Way Home.

What’s noteworthy is that both the Venom and SpiderMan franchises are produced or co-produced by Sony, as the studio has recently swung over the fences in its end credits scenes and uses them to promote future films.

The events of the Venom: Let There Be Carnage credits scene suggest a future film in which SpiderMan, Venom, Venom’s human host Eddie Brock and possibly the Marvel multiverse will become intimate.
