Will Pakistanis ‘Ever’ Stop Coupling Jemima With Imran?

In a recent Twitter post, Jemima asked Pakistani followers to find the English translation of Nusrat Fateh's qawwali

The British ex-wife of Prime Minister Imran Khan, Jemima Goldsmith, was in complete focus of Pakistanis after she sought help with English translation through her Twitter handle.

Apart from being Imran Khan’s ex-wife, Jemima is a journalist, screenwriter, television, film, and documentary producer and the founder of Instinct Productions.

In a recent Twitter post, Jemima addressed her followers, particularly Pakistanis, and asked if she could find the English translation of Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan’s qawwali titled Athra Ishq Ni Saon Denda.

The suggested translations by Twitteratis involving Imran Khan went uncontrollable and Jemima had to delete her post.

However, the power of social media was timely used and some of her followers had already taken screenshots of the post and the series of suggestions continued.

Meanwhile, some users linked the translation with Jemima reminiscing about her ex-husband Imran khan.

Pakistan’s most talked-about couple Jemima Goldsmith and Imran Khan tied the knot in 1995 and happily lived together for 9 years.

Although the two parted ways in 2014, fans still talk about them and the love they shared, supporting each other through thick and thin.

The former couple has two sons, Sulaiman Isa Khan and Kasim Khan, who are currently completing their studies in London.
