The doyen Indian actor Rajinikanth is ready to step into politics and has announced to launch his political party in January 2021.
Putting an end to the speculations, the star announced his political inception and the plans to transform Tamil Nadu state.
Rajini has called his line of politics an honest, corruption-free, and spiritual one that holds resemblance with the stance of Chiranjeevi’s political party. Praja Rajyam is the political party founded by Chiranjeevi, a renowned actor in Telugu movies, in the state of Andhra Pradesh in the year 2008.
However, it remains ambiguous whether Rajinikanth’s political party will be able to accomplish their political goals that Chiranjeevi’s party was unable to achieve.
In the 2009 general elections, his party won 18 of the 259 seats in the Andhra Pradesh state assembly. He was also the elected Minister of State.
The superstar of Tamil movies, “Thalavia”, who hit 70 this year, will announce the official launch of his party on New Year’s Eve.
He claimed that his party would bring honest, transparent, corruption-free, casteless, secular, and spiritual politics in the state.
