Nowadays, there are many videos on social media related to weight loss and it has become the focus of people’s attention.

In the morning, mix a teaspoon of coffee in warm water and squeeze a lemon, its continuous consumption will help in removing unnecessary fat from your body.

Recently, a new study has shown that the consumption of cocoa beans or powder obtained from a natural herb can help control blood pressure and reduce the stiffness of the arteries.

According to experts, cocoa beans or powder are commonly used in chocolate, coffee, tea leaves, ice cream, beverages and medicines. These are the edible seeds of a rare tree, which are heated in the heat of the sun to obtain cocoa powder or converted into powder by modern machinery and used in medicine and food.

Medical experts say that cocoa contains more than 300 compounds and has antioxidant properties.

Cacao contains vitamins K and E, protein, calcium, sodium, potassium, zinc, phosphorus, iron, and magnesium, which are considered to be good for human health in many ways.

This is the reason why British experts tried to re-investigate the properties of cocoa to find out what effects it has on blood pressure, including cardiovascular diseases.

In an experiment on limited volunteers, about a dozen people were divided into 2 groups, one was given cocoa while the other was given artificial capsules, and all were checked up several times a day for a few weeks.

The experts checked the volunteers 3 hours after feeding and then every hour, and gave the volunteers access to these tests as well.

Experts monitored the volunteers’ heart rate, blood pressure, and arterial conditions and found that those who took cocoa had normal blood pressure and less stiffness in their arteries.

According to more details, experts concluded that eating foods rich in cocoa helps control blood pressure, as well as reduce the stiffness of arteries.

At the same time, experts said that for a person who already has low or controlled blood pressure, eating foods containing cocoa can further lower blood pressure and cause problems.

Experts have also called for more research on the use of foods containing cocoa and its effects on blood pressure and heart disease.
