NCA Lahore Student Gets Top Talent Award in Germany

WEB DESK: Faiqa Asghar 21, a final semester Architecture student from NCA Lahore has been featured among top talent under 25.

Top Talent awards hosted by Germany, picked up 40 talents from 21 different nations this year.

Asghar was selected in the innovation category however, her efforts also got her recognized by The Little Art 25 Under 25 Award, a recognition of 25 exceptional young women under the age of 25.

In 2019, Archiply, a blend of Architecture and Adventure for the young community of this profession in Pakistan, awarded her with an honorable mention for the design of a co-working and co-living space by an International Architectural Workshop.

During the coronavirus pandemic, Faiqa also designed an intervention for restaurants to show how the spread of the virus could be reduced without disturbing the actual interior of the restaurant.

She also owns the brand called ‘thedelineate’, a blend of textile and architecture.
