A representative named ‘Omar’ from global freight transportation and logistics services provider FedEx made a weird yet interesting reply to the query of one of the female customers and desired a direct message. 

A Twitter user, known for retweeting funny posts, tagged the delivery service FedEx and requested them to deliver her bed.

Taking note of the customer’s request, the official handle of international logistics services provider FedEx replied to her.

Interestingly, the correspondent from the help center mentioned his name in the reply and folded the plea into a thoughtful comment.

Omar added that on behalf of the company, he completely understands the frustration of the delayed shipment and appreciated the customer for staying connected with them.

Moreover, the FedEx representative ensured to look into the matter and asked the customer to send him a direct message for further assistance.

In response to the comment by the logistic company, the friends of the Twitter user joined the conversation.

Surprised to read the comment, one of them claimed, ‘This is a system reply’.

Another user pointed out to the company that the complainant actually wanted them to deliver her to bed from her washroom.

However, one of her close friends requested FedEx to ship the customer to her home and added that she was waiting for the response.
