Another Cold War will not be allowed in the region, Chinese Foreign Minister
Wang Yi, in a meeting with Shah Mehmood Qureshi, said camp politics would not be allowed to resume in Asia.
According to a Chinese Foreign Office spokesperson, the Foreign Minister said “Neither we (China) can allow the Cold War mentality to flourish again, nor we allow the repetition of camp politics in Asia.”
He said that small and medium countries should not be instruments of the Great Power Game and should not fall prey to it.
Along with his tweet, the Chinese spokesperson also shared the photos taken in a friendly atmosphere between Shah Mehmood Qureshi and the Chinese Foreign Minister.
