Sessions court of Islamabad released Fawad Chaudhry on bail of RS 20,000 surety bond
Local court of Islamabad has accepted bail application of Tehreek-e-Insaf leader and former federal minister Fawad Chaudhry.
According to the details, the session court of Islamabad has approved the bail application of Tehreek-e-Insaf leader and former federal minister Fawad Chaudhry in the case of threatening the Election Commission.
The court, while giving bail to Fawad Chaudhry in the sum of 20,000 rupees, remarked that politicians are not allowed to make such statements.

Tehreek-e-Insaf leader Fawad Chaudhry was also on judicial remand, but his bail has been granted today.
On behalf of Fawad Chaudhry’s lawyers, a bail application was submitted in the Sessions Court of Islamabad, the court granted Fawad Chaudhry bail after hearing the arguments of the lawyers.
It should be noted that a case was registered against Fawad Chaudhry in Abpara Police Station on the request of Secretary Election Commission last week, after which Islamabad Police arrested Fawad Chaudhry from Lahore.

After the transfer to Islamabad, the police requested the physical remand of Fawad Chaudhry from the court, which was granted and the court granted him two-day physical remand, however, rejecting the request for physical remand for the second time, the court sent him to jail on judicial remand.
Later, the police applied against his judicial remand and requested for more physical remand, which the court granted and granted two more days of physical remand.
After the physical remand ended on Monday this week, the court once again sent Fawad Chaudhry to the court on judicial remand. However, today the session court of Islamabad approved the request of Fawad Chaudhry’s lawyers and granted his bail on a bond of 20,000.
