Eight members of the Balochistan Assembly had written to the IG and Chief Justice of the Balochistan High Court with their signatures that Chief Minister Jam Kamal Khan had arrested four MPAs for presenting a no-confidence motion.

The alleged missing MLAs include Akbar Askani, Bushra Rind, Laila Tareen and Mah Jabeen Sheeran, who said in a video statement yesterday that they had medical tests and some private engagements due to which they were in Islamabad and Now we will return to Quetta.
Political analysts say the term “missing” is used in Balochistan with such intensity that members of parliament are now declared “missing” when they go on private visits and medical examinations.
