Pakistan cricket team fast bowler Shaheen Shah Afridi and former captain Shahid Afridi’s daughter Insha Afridi got married.
The marriage ceremony of Shaheen Shah Afridi and Ansha Afridi was held in a local mosque in Karachi. Maulana Abdul Sattar performed the nikah. Shaheen and Ansha’s mehndi ceremony was held a day before the marriage.
After the marriage in the mosque, a lavish dinner was organized at a local club on the beach of Karachi.

Pakistan team captain Babar Azam, former captain Sarfraz Ahmed, Naseem Shah, Shadab Khan, Fakhar Zaman, former captain Mohammad Hafeez, Sohail Khan, squash legend Jahangir Khan, Lahore Qalandars CEO Atif Rana and COO Samin Rana were present at the ceremony. , Lieutenant General (retd) Asim Saleem Bajwa, former PCB Chief Executive and ICC General Manager Wasim and actor Adnan Siddiqui among other well-known personalities also attended the event.

According to the menu revealed on social media, the guests were treated to delicious food. Fresh josh, hummus and pita and prawns were served in the starter. The main course consisted of Chicken Chargha, Mutton Seekh Kebab, Mutton Chops, Fire Chilli Fish, Mutton Korma, Biryani, Dry Beef with Chilli, Vegetables included Spinach, Salad and Chutney while the dessert was served with Gulab Jamon, Paan Masala and Kashmiri Chai.
In the ceremony, special care was taken for the privacy of the bride and groom. The guests of the ceremony were instructed to keep their mobile phones switched off. It should be noted that Ansha Afridi is studying medicine, her departure will be after graduation.
