Duty Magistrate Naveed Khan wrote in a two-page verdict that Fawad Chaudhry is handed over to the police on two-day physical remand for threatening the top officials of the Election Commission. . It should be noted that the investigating officer requested Fawad Chaudhry’s 8-day remand.

On the other hand, News 360 sources say that today’s protest against the arrest of Fawad Chaudhry will be led by Chairman Tehreek-e-Insaf Imran Khan. Sources say that the container containing the speaker was delivered outside Imran Khan’s residence. Imran Khan will lead the protest procession on the container.

It should be noted that Tehreek-e-Insaf leader Fawad Chaudhry was arrested outside his residence in Lahore by the Islamabad Police on the request filed by the Secretary Election Commission on the morning of January 25. Later, after obtaining remand, Fawad Chaudhry was transferred to Islamabad by the police. And his physical remand was also obtained late at night.
