The ruler of Dubai, Vice-President and Prime Minister of United Arab Emirates (UAE) Sheikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum has joined video-sharing and social networking app TikTok.
The ruler has made his debut on TikTok with an inspirational video in his voice.
Sheikh Mohammad announced his launch of the TikTok account in a tweet. “TikTok has more than 800 million followers. We want to be where the people are. We want to build positive Arabic content. We want to listen to young people and have them hear our story.”

Sheikh Mohammad bin Rashid is reportedly one of the most followed world leaders on social media. He has been followed by over 22.6 million followers across social media platforms with 5.4 million on Instagram and 10.4 million Twitter followers.
The ruler inaugurated his TikTok account to connect with his followers across the world. His debut video garnered over 90,000 likes, 18,000 comments, and over 2,400 shares.
