KARACHI: Chairman Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has contracted the novel coronavirus, he confirmed via tweet on Thursday.
PPP chairman has gone under isolation at Bilawal House in Karachi.
I have tested positive for #COVIDー19 & am self isolating with mild symptoms. I‘ll continue working from home & will be addressing PPP foundation day via video link. Wear a mask everyone, see you on the other side IA 🙏

After this, the Bilawal House staffers were directed to get themselves checked for the novel coronavirus.
PPP chairman had stayed in Gilgit-Baltistan (GB) for almost a month for his party’s election campaign.
Bilawal Bhutto Zardari will not be able to attend Bakhtawar Bhutto’s engagement ceremony on November 27.
Besides, PPP chairman will not be able to physically attend Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) rally in Multan on November 30 that is coinciding with PPP’s foundation day.
