The release of pictures and videos of Prime Minister Imran Khan’s China visit on local and international media have silenced his critics as the premier returned to Pakistan after completing its four-day visit.
PM Imran Khan met Chinese President Xi Jinping on the last day of his four-day visit to China, however, the release of the premier’s pictures gave a chance to critics to share misleading reports.
Some of the senior journalists including Saleem Safi, Gharidah Farooqi, Umar Cheema and others have raised concerns over the delay in the publication of PM Imran Khan’s meeting with the Chinese leadership.
Gharidah Farooqi was of the view that the delay in the publication of pictures of Pakistani leadership’s visit was apparently an indication of complex ties between both countries.
Saleem Safi expressed the same concerns over the development, saying that the Chinese state media released pictures of all visiting dignitaries’ meetings with Chinese President Xi Jinping except PM Imran Khan.

The senior journalists exhibited a sorrowful attitude of spreading misleading information and creating confusion among the nationals regarding PM Imran Khan’s visit to China seemingly without confirming the concerned officials.
Later, the critics were silenced by the back-to-back publications of pictures and videos of PM Khan’s China visit on the Chinese and local media.
