Session court Islamabad had issued a non-bailable arrest warrant for PTI chairman
Islamabad High Court has granted interim bail to Chairman Tehreek-e-Insaf and former Prime Minister Imran Khan in the Tosha Khana case.
A hearing was held in the Islamabad High Court on the interim bail application of former Prime Minister Imran Khan in the Tosha Khana case.

Chairman Tehreek-e-Insaf Imran Khan had approached the Islamabad High Court for anticipatory arrest.
The Islamabad High Court has accepted the bail application of Imran Khan in lieu of Rs 1 lakh in the Tosha Khana case.
It should be noted that the non-bailable arrest warrant of former Prime Minister and Chairman Tehreek-e-Insaf Imran Khan was issued by Additional Sessions Judge Zafar Iqbal in the Tosha Khana case today.
In the Tosha Khana case, Imran Khan’s lawyer requested the court to adjourn the hearing for 5 days. On which the judge expressed indignation and ordered to produce them.
Imran Khan’s non-bailable arrest warrant was issued in the Tosha Khana criminal proceedings case, Imran Khan was also ordered to appear in court at the last hearing, so that the charge sheet could be filed.
When the hearing began today, Imran Khan’s lawyers appeared in the court, and filed a plea for exemption from attendance, which was rejected by the court.
The stand was taken by the lawyers that it is not possible to present Imran Khan today due to security purposes. Therefore, they should be exempted from attendance for 5 days. After which the court reserved this decision after the arguments of the lawyers.
