Chief Justice of Pakistan Justice Gulzar Ahmed has observed that it has been decided that the Tejori Heights being constructed on railway lands is illegal.
A three-member bench headed by Chief Justice Gulzar Ahmed at the Supreme Court Karachi Registry heard the case related to construction of Tejori Heights on railway lands.
During the hearing, the Chief Justice remarked that the documents for the construction of the building had been altered.

The court, while giving time to the counsel of Tejori Heights to consult with the petitioner, directed that by tomorrow, he should ask his client whether he himself will demolish the building or we pass demolition order.
Chief Justice Gulzar Ahmed observed that this is a never ending series and if it is not stopped, it will never be stopped.
Lawyer Raza Rabbani said that the entire building has not been completed yet. On this, the Chief Justice said that we will order the demolition of whatever structure is built with detonator.
The Supreme Court has sought reply from the lawyer regarding the demolition of the building and adjourned the hearing till tomorrow.
