Is Pakistan Muslim League(Q) going to merge with PTI?

Punjab Chief Minister Chaudhry Pervez Elahi has said that Imran Khan has been consulted on the names of the caretaker chief minister and we have to give three names to the Governor of Punjab for the caretaker chief minister. They wanted the Muslim League to merge with the QPTI.

Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi has said that after consulting Imran Khan, three names have been agreed upon for caretaker chief minister: Ahmed Nawaz Sukhira, Nasir Ahmed Khan and Nasir Saeed Khosa – we are sending these three names to the governor for caretaker chief minister. If the opposition thinks with an open heart, they seem to be agreeing on one of the names.

Chief Minister Punjab Chaudhry Pervez Elahi was talking to the media after meeting Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Imran Khan at Zaman Park last night.

Chief Minister Chaudhry Pervez Elahi said that a meeting of party officials has been called tomorrow, Senator Kamil Ali Agha will also attend – important consultations will be held in this meeting.

Chaudhry Pervez Elahi said that the PML-N is crying, its death is coming – Shahbaz Sharif can’t sleep now even with sleeping pills.

Talking to the media after meeting PTI Chairman Imran Khan, the Punjab Chief Minister was asked whether he will fight the upcoming elections on PTI’s election symbol or on his party’s platform, to which he revealed that Consultations are already underway on a possible merger.

His statement came two days after PTI chief Imran Khan wished that PTI and Muslim League (Q) should become a political party. The two parties have been allies in Punjab and the Center since the 2018 general elections.
