Lahore Qalandars made its fans throw their caps up in the year after winning a crunch match against Karachi Kings in the 11th match of Pakistan Super League (PSL) 6 on Sunday but the supporters were irked and disappointed with the team’s anthem released earlier in the day.
Lahore Qalandars defeated Karachi Kings after successfully chasing the target of 187 in the last over.
Fakhar Zaman played a storming inning of 83 off 43 balls and David Wiese knocked 31 off 15 balls with three fours and sixes each.
Even though the fans of Lahore Qalandars were overwhelmed by the win of their team, they were hugely disappointed with the anthem.
The team released it after a week to the start of the tournament but the product could not satisfy its supporters as they were expecting something much better after the delay.

The actor and host Vasay Chaudhry was also amongst Qalandar’s unhappy supporters and called the anthem a ‘conspiracy’ against the team.

However, another fan of the team advised the others to ‘just take it as fun’ as it was not the players’ job to act in a music video.
