79 per cent of the people said the direction of the country is wrong, and 59 per cent of the nationals said the economic conditions of the family are worse than before, a survey conducted by IRIS stated.
The majority of the Pakistani people declared Imran Khan as the saviour who brought the country out of the crisis. PM Shehbaz Sharif lost the public’s trust to the worst extent.
Public opinion was sought regarding the solution to the country’s problems in a recent survey by the Institute of Regional and International Studies (IRIS) in December 2022, which sought the opinion of 2,400 people.
iris communications’ latest opinion poll indicates that 79% of people are of the opinion that country is heading in the wrong direction, while 56% of public perceives that Imran Khan is capable of taking Pakistan out of crisis.

In a survey, the public was asked, “Which leader is capable of taking Pakistan out of the current crisis?”
Voters were given the options of Imran Khan, Nawaz Sharif, Shahbaz Sharif, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, Asif Zardari, and other leaders or none.
In response to this question, 56 per cent of the voters mentioned Imran Khan.
19% said Nawaz Sharif, 11% said none of them can bring the country out of the crisis, 2% said Asif Zardari and 1% said Bilawal Bhutto Zardari as the leader to bring the country out of the crisis.
Surprisingly, no one refused to accept PM Sharif as a saviour.
