The controversial queen of Pakistan who loves limelight the most, Meera, has shared few posts on Instagram that show the actress flip-flops on the English language and started taking a keen interest in Urdu.

Meera Je shared a short video in which she could be seen reciting the poetry of the legendry poetess Parveen Shakir.

Her post attracted followers and garnered several praising comments for the Baaji actress.

Not only this, the next video shared by the star showed actor Rashid Mehmood reciting another couplet from Parveen Shakir’s collection at Meera’s request.

She captioned the video as “My favorite Urdu actor”.

Meera, previously known for her love for the English language, seems taking a shine to her mother tongue Urdu.

The actress was humiliated for her dull English on several occasions but she remained sanguine.

Irtiza Rubab alias Meera made her Lollywood debut in 1995 and performed in numerous hit movies of the industry.

The actress didn’t limit herself to her homeland but performed in a few Bollywood movies as well.
