Obama in Action For Netflix Production and Vaccine Shots

WEB DESK: Former US president Barack Obama has lately been very active making ripples on news. He and his wife Michelle Obama are producing a Netflix Comedy Series on Donald Trump. Besides this, Obama is planning to take the Covid-19 vaccine publicly and will be joined by former presidents George W Bush and Bill Clinton.

Barack and Michelle Obama are all set on producing a Netflix sketch comedy series, “The G Word” , which will be based on an anti-Trump book that highlights the chaos that erupted after President Trump won the 2016 election.

The series is due to begin production in early 2021 and it’s based on Michael Lewis’ book ‘The Fifth Risk.’ The Obamas bought the rights of the book in 2018 and Comedian Adam Conover will be hosting the show.

Further, Barack Obama plans on taking the Covid-19 vaccine on camera to boost public confidence in its safety. Soon after this announcement was made by Obama, ex-presidents George W. Bush and Bill Clinton also joined him in the cause to promote awareness.

Obama said that if Dr. Anthony Fauci, the country’s top infectious disease expert, thought the vaccine was safe and effective, then he would get a shot.

“I promise you that when it’s been made for people who are less at risk, I will be taking it. I may end up taking it on TV or having it filmed, just so that people know that I trust this science,” Obama said in an interview on SiriusXM’s ‘The Joe Madison Show ‘.

The quick development of vaccines by pharmaceutical companies including Pfizer and Moderna has received skepticism from the people who are concerned about the risks associated with it as well as effectiveness.

Both companies claim their vaccines are about 95% effective.
