Secretary General of Organization of Islamic Cooperation says, world should not leave Afghanistan alone in this difficult time, Muslim countries should come forward to help their Afghan brothers.

17th Conference of Council of Foreign Ministers of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) is being held in Islamabad on Sunday. In which the rapidly deteriorating humanitarian situation in Afghanistan will be considered. Prime Minister Imran Khan will address the extraordinary meeting while an Afghan delegation led by Foreign Minister Amir Mottaki is attending.

Apart from OIC member countries, who is participating in the meeting?

In addition to OIC foreign ministers and observers, some non-member countries, including the United Nations, international financial institutions and the United States, Britain, France, China, Russia, Germany, Italy and Japan, are attending the meeting at special invitation.
