Everyone wants to enjoy delicious food. In winter, consumption of water has reduced as compared to summer that led to increased appetite. And if it is roasted meat then appetite increases further.

With the onset of winter, people throng restaurants to have delicious and spicy meal.

Patay Danay is a special traditional dish of Pakhtuns which is presented on special occasions. It is mostly prepared on weddings and Eids.

To prepare patay danay, sheep’s liver is first cooked on coal and then salt is sprinkled on it.  Then, it is wrapped in fat of sheep and again roasted for 10 minutes on coal.

Now patay danay is ready to eat.
