Karachi Police Killed 3 Dacoits in Different Shootouts
The dacoits were gunned down near Sohrab Goth and Ferozabad areas of Karachi during exchange of fire
In order to control the rising incidents of looting, thefts, and burglaries in Karachi, the police have changed their strategy and killed 3 dacoits during encounters in the past 24 hours.
In an exchange of fire, the constables including Nawab and Waseem were injured and rushed to the hospital.
As per details, Sohrab Goth police were informed of firing on a citizen by armed robbers. The constables on duty reached the identified area where the suspects challenged their writ.

In a shootout between police and muggers, a suspect was injured while the other managed to flee.
According to details shared by police, the injured personnel are in stable condition while the wounded suspect died on the way to the hospital.
Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) claimed that the body of the citizen shot by the dacoits was found prior to the encounter and he would be identified with the help of fingerprints.
The police officials informed that the robbers were father and son who hailed from Shikarpur. They both were working as security guards on the payroll of a private security company.
The policemen are setting up a hunt for the escaped one and 3 cases were registered in connection with the murder of a citizen.
On the other hand, Ferozabad police gunned down two armed robbers and left one injured after chasing them in an alleged encounter.
Further, in the Malir Alfalah area of Karachi, a group of burglars injured policeman Farooq in a shootout while in another incident, the police personnel booked an injured suspect after an alleged encounter in Shah Faisal Colony.
The police claimed that the suspects opened fire at personnel when they were signaled to stop at a picket.
