ISLAMABAD: Three member SC bench today disposed off Chairman PTI’s plea stay in Toshakhana case hearing in trial court.
Apex court made the decision after it was informed by govt counsel that Islamabad High Court will be adjudicating similar plea by Imran Khan today after which the court disposed off the petition.
It may be noted that three member bench was changed last night after Justice Mazahir Naqvi was removed and Justice Azhar Hasan Rizvi took his place.
The bench was headed by Justice Yahya Afridi with Justice Mussarat Hilali being its another member.
