SHCBA Annual Elections Being Held Today
There are 3 candidates in the fray for the presidency while 5 candidates are vying for the vice president's seat.
Voting is underway for the Sindh High Court Bar Association (SHCBA) annual elections. A total of 4,210 voters are exercising their franchise for the year 2021-2022.
Voting begins at 8 a.m. and will continue until 5 p.m. In the election, 3 candidates are vying for the presidency. Advocate Shehab Sarki, Advocate Zia Awan and Advocate Muhammad Zubair are presidential candidates.

There is a contest between 5 candidates for the vice president’s seat. These include Ehteshamullah, Sarwat Israr, Sharafuddin, Shazia Taslim and Shuaa-un-Nabi.
Four candidates are in the fray for the post of General Secretary. The contest is between Advocate Amir Warraich, Advocate Khawaja Shoaib, Advocate Umar Soomro and Advocate Ishrat Ghazali.
According to the details received by News 360, there will be a contest between four candidates for the post of Treasurer and Joint Secretary. There is also a contest between 4 candidates for the post of Joint Secretary for Women. There are 28 candidates in the fray for the member managing committee seat.
4,210 voters will exercise their franchise in the Sindh High Court Bar Association (SHCBA) annual elections. Polling will continue uninterrupted till 5 pm
