Federal Interior Minister Sheikh Rasheed Ahmed has said that Tehreek-e-Labbaik Pakistan (TLP) is still banned but we have an understanding with them.
Addressing a press conference in Islamabad on Monday, Rasheed said that he had met Saad Rizvi twice. He is a cooperative person. The minister hoped that the matter would be resolved with the TLP by tomorrow (Tuesday) or Wednesday.
He added that several Pakistani organizations have been banned at the international level. We do not want to confrontation and no one should indulge in violence, the interior minister further said.

Talking about cricket, he said that a historic celebration was held in Rawalpindi and Islamabad on the victory of Pakistan. Yesterday was a great victory for Pakistan in cricket he added.
Rasheed said that he would had declared a public holiday in celebration of the victory over India if he were authorised to do.
Indian people pelted stones at the houses of their cricketers, he said. I have no interest in New Zealand and other teams. During the past 74 years, India had not suffered a defeat like yesterday’s, the interior minister said .
