Tendulkar shows solidarity with Muhammad Shami abused after India loses to Pakistan
Indian cricketer’s Instagram received hundreds of abusive messages, some even calling him ‘traitor’ and a ‘sell out’
On Sunday when India entered the Dubai International Stadium to play against Pakistan they took a knee in solidarity with the Black Lives movement (BLM).
This positive gesture did not last for a long. After losing the match against Pakistan, the entire India teamed up and started abusing the sole Muslim member of their cricket team Muhammad Shami on the social media.
Also, some 14 students from Kashmir were attacked in India.

However, former Indian skipper and legendary batter Sachin Tendulkar has showed solidarity with Muhammad Shami on his Twitter.
“When we support #TeamIndia, we support every person who represents Team India,” Tendulkar wrote.
