We Need Specialists Not Coaches, Ramiz Raja
Chairman PCB says, All Pakistan Talent Hunt is going on for betterment of cricket, results will come in 15 days.
Chairman Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Ramiz Raja says that we have a good start but now we have a lot more to do. We need specialists, not coaches. It is yet to be decided whether to bring in foreign coaches or domestic coaches. Long contracts with coaches get stuck.
In a press conference in Lahore with Chief Executive Officer Faisal Hasnain, Chairman PCB Ramiz Raja said that he wanted to serve Pakistan cricket. Initially, the World Cup and the return of foreign teams were big challenges for us. We have much more to do.

Regarding the improvement of cricket, he said that the All Pakistan Talent Hunt is underway and the results will come in 15 days. He said that it would be better if coaches were deployed at lower level. I have no definite opinion on coaches.
