Will Imran Khan face music for not apologising over comments against judge?
PTI chief did not use the apologetic word but said that he was taking back his words.

Former premier and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan has submitted his reply to the Islamabad High Court’s (IHC) notice, however, he did not use the apologetic word but said that he was taking back his words.
Legal experts have different opinions in this regard, while most believe that Imran may be charged with contempt of court for not clearly apologising for his statement.
In the reply submitted to the IHC regarding Judge Zeba Chaudhry, the PTI chief has expressed his willingness to withdraw his words.
Regarding this case, many former judges and prominent lawyers expressed their views that Imran Khan’s political future is in danger due to this case.
The general opinion of legal experts is that the former prime minister should apologise unconditionally.
Legal experts said that the PTI leadership was thinking that Imran Khan is at the peak of popularity, so the court will not give a verdict against him, but they do not know that the courts do not care about someone’s popularity. If necessary, the court has to take the legal route.
In this case, it is very clear that if Imran Khan refrains from apologising and keeps an eye on his popularity, then this decision can prove to be harmful for his political career.
