Opposition parties have demanded of the government to bring the recent agreements made with TTP and TLP into the parliament.
Senior military officials have given a closed-door briefing to the leadership of parliamentary and political leadership, MNAs, Senators and the AJK prime minister.
The opposition has decided to give a tough time to the government on the issue of agreements with the TTP and TLP. Unfortunately, the opposition has failed to unite and give tough time to the government on the public-interest issues including inflation, electronic voting machines, rigging, no-confidence motion, NAB and electoral reforms.

Question arises that will the opposition be able to give a tough time to the government on the issue of TTP and TLP?
Speaking to the media after a closed-door briefing, PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto said that any policy or law that is drafted without taking parliament into confidence will be unconstitutional. He said that the government could not make unilateral decisions regarding agreements with the TTP and the TLP.

The PPP chairman said that without the approval of the parliament no policy can be made regarding these issues.
All the decisions and policies will lack legitimacy if they are made without the approval of the parliament, he said.
What authority the prime minister and the president have to make an agreement with TTP that is responsible for killings students of Army Public School and soldiers.
Bilawal said that all the policies and laws should be discussed and approved by the parliament.
