Amid all fracas over killings and rape cases in Pakistan, an incident of gang rape with a goat in Okara in Punjab has shocked the nation already mourning the loss of Noor Mukadam, Saima, Quratulain, and a lot more.
According to a case registered in Okara, five accused stole the goat to rape it in a field. They tight-lipped the animal and continued torturing it till death.
The locals saw the rapists fleeing from the spot and informed the police.

The goat, worth Rs 60,000, was medically examined by a veterinarian and the report confirmed the heinous crime.
The incident surfaced on social media and the users including the social activist Shaniera Akram raised their voices against the gruesome occurence.
The wife of former cricketer Waseem Akram penned down her outcry over the goat rape case and maintained, “until our women and children are safe, then nothing else will be”.
“We need education, we need jobs, we need vocational institutions, we need stronger laws, we need implemented human rights, we need safe houses, we need women shelters”, she added.
The activist also poured scorn on the right-wingers and said the accused will probably use the defense that goat was at fault as she was female, alone, used suggestive body language, and was not covered up.
