PTI alleged that Ali Bilal alias Zil Shah was tortured in Lahore police custody, while the police claimed that he died in a road accident.

On Friday evening, Lahore Police claimed to have arrested two persons who took Ali Bilal to the hospital. Sources said that the police have also seized a black car. Police sources said that the detained persons are being interrogated.
